We can accommodate groups of school children to visit the stables to learn about the horses. There may even be the opportunity to experience a therapeutic horse ride in the arena or along the sensory trail.

We also visit schools with a couple of our horses and speak about Therapeutic Horse Riding and the care of the horses. This is usually associated with a fundraising activity such as a non-uniform or odd socks day. Bringing the horses to school never fails to cause great excitement and brighten up the school day.

What to expect:

  • Meet and greet one or two horses
  • Short talks about Therapeutic Horse Riding
  • Q & A about the horses
  • Discussion about inclusion of people with disabilities
